    Overview:

    Based in our San Jose office, we are seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training on industrial products, specifically photolithography equipment. You will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, collaborating with customers and internal team members to implement training, and maintaining equipment in cleanrooms and training facilities to ensure its availability for training and demonstrations.

    This position requires full-time presence at your assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory.

    Responsibilities:

    - Conduct user training on photolithography products, both in-house and at customer sites.

    - Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer training courses, covering operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation aspects of photolithography equipment.

    - Develop new internal and external technical materials.

    - Revise existing internal and external technical materials to ensure their accuracy and relevance.

    - Verify the accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customer needs.

    - Deliver detailed presentations on technical topics.

    - Take responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the training facilities and equipment, as well as the preparation of the instructional site in the San Jose facility.

    - Participate in discussion groups, as needed, to share technical information and enhance the knowledge of less experienced colleagues.

    - Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback on current training programs and systems.

    Qualifications:

    - Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, along with 3-5 years of related work experience.

    - Prior experience as a technical trainer is preferred.

    - Knowledge of semiconductor equipment maintenance is preferred, and familiarity with photolithography equipment is helpful.

    - This role may require up to 30% travel within the US (a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are necessary).

    - Ability to work flexible shifts.

    - Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

    The worker is required to have close visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses, for extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects and small parts, operation of machines, using measurement devices, and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at close distances.

    This position involves working in an office environment as well as in a cleanroom environment, which requires wearing a full cleanroom suit, facemask, gloves, and safety glasses.
