    Role Overview: As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at [Your Company Name], you will be a key player in driving continuous improvements in observability, performance, and reliability. Your mission is to make a substantial impact on technology services across the federal government.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Monitoring and Optimization: * Monitor platform and containerized applications to ensure optimal performance and availability. * Identify and address performance and availability risks and issues proactively.
    2. Infrastructure Development: * Contribute to the creation and optimization of all necessary functions within the core platform to establish a robust infrastructure.
    3. Collaboration: * Collaborate closely with the team and the customer daily to ensure seamless operations.

    Must Have's:

    1. Experience: * Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, demonstrating a strong understanding of SRE principles for highly scalable and reliable systems.
    2. Education and Clearance: * Possess a bachelor's degree and an active TS//SCI clearance.
    3. **** DevSecOps Proficiency: * Proficiency in working within a DevSecOps environment. * Experience using Source Code repositories and CI/CD pipeline solutions such as Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
    4. Containerization and Orchestration: * Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Rancher and OpenShift. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, K8, and CI/CD Automation.
    5. Team Collaboration: * Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
    6. Location and Availability: * Availability to work on the client site in downtown Washington, DC, at least three days per week.
