We are looking for a dynamic and aggressive Sales Executive to help drive our expansion by securing new clients and pushing the limits of success.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record of aggressively pursuing and closing new business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients in need of staffing solutions.

Present and negotiate staffing solutions tailored to meet client needs.

Stay ahead of industry trends and develop an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge PLUS.

Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Strong networking skills with the ability to establish rapport with key decision-makers.

Self-driven, ambitious, and able to handle multiple accounts with a results-oriented approach.
