Job Purpose:

ATC Healthcare Services office in Pittsburgh is looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator. This is a full time position(Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM. This is IN Office Position)

Duties:

Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Inputs order information into the system in a timely manner.
2. Inputs accurate employee schedules & shifts modifications in a timely manner.
3. Maintains credentials in compliance with ATC stranded requirements,
4. Process payroll
5. Ensures that shifts are filled efficiently with qualified staff.
6. Calls employees for availability as frequently as is necessary and ensures that current and accurate availability information is entered into the computer.
7. Maintains good working relationships with clients and employees.
8. Makes recommendations regarding recruiting needs and methods and participates in recruitment activities- resume mining, phone interviews, job fairs, etc.
9. Assumes promotional role for company in building relationships and maintaining client and employee base.
10. Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required.

Compensation Range: $22-$25 per hour.

Days: Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM. This is IN office Position/
