    Staffing Coordinator

    Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services LLC is an Early Intervention Program for children from birth -3 years of age. Alpha was founded in order to help bridge the gap for children with developmental delays throughout the five boroughs in New York City. We have a growing large pool of clinicians and Service Coordinators who are always striving to meet the needs and goals of children who are developmentally delayed.

    At Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services LLC, Early Intervention Services birth-3, our goal is to support all clinicians in meeting their professional goals, as well as helping them reach the goals for the children they service.

    We are seeking qualified Staffing Coordinator for our home-based Early Intervention Program throughout the five boroughs in New York City. Our very fast paced office is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate Early Intervention referrals to their respective disciplines for Occupational Therapy, ABA, Physical Therapy, Speech etc....

    All candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and have experience working with young children with disabilities and developmental delays.

    Salary: Commensurate with experience

    Job Role:

    The Staffing Coordinator will receive referrals for children ages birth through three years of age and pair them with their respective services. The Staffing Coordinator should possess a dynamic personality and be able to work in a fast-paced office, speak to clinicians, Service Coordinators, and families who refer children to our growing Early Intervention program approved by the NYS Department of Health & Mental Hygiene Bureau of Early Intervention.

    Qualifications:

    Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus.
