    JOB SUMMARY

    The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide a “best in home care” experience for clients and employees. Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled. Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients; and monitoring of telephony system for clock in/out as needed. Performs other office coordination duties. Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.

    What we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team! As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company’s staffing needs are met. You will work with Human Resources department and assist in recruiting, sourcing and hiring talent.

    Staffing Coordinator job description should contain the following duties and responsibilities:

    Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategy

    Investigate company’s staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly

    Work with recruiters when needed

    Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions

    Assist with new employee orientation

    Design and plan work shifts schedules

    Monitor clock in/out of caregivers; follow up if needed

    Assist with recruitment of new applicants, when needed

    Maintains documentation of associates work records in Wellsky and ensures current and complete personnel records for all caregiver associates.

    On call coverage, when needed

    Other duties assigned by Office Manager or Agency Owner

    EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY

    • Telemarketing experience preferred, along with experience with staffing & recruiting.

    • Homecare staffing coordination and/or recruiting experience a plus.

    • Competitive mindset to drive results.

    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and energy.

    • Exceptional telephone skills.
