Job Description

∙ Interviews, hires, and on boards temporary employees.
∙ Bilingual [English/Spanish]
∙ Assists with daily workflow of the office: answering phones, updating and maintain spreadsheets, filling orders, etc.
∙ Ability to multi-task.
∙ Review and distribute checks on payday.
∙ Completes injury reports and D&A screens.
∙ Completes, prepares, and distributes various forms and reports.
∙ May travel to various clients around the Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs.
** QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
∙ Customer service knowledge.
∙ Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Docs knowledge.
∙ Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
∙ Critical thinker with ability to problem solve.
∙ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∙ Flexible scheduling.
