Talent Masters Staffing is hiring multiple coordinators to bolster our growing business in Maplewood , Saint Louis Park , Richfield , and Elk River , MN locations. We are seeking Bi-Lingual Staffing Coordinators to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the client services department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and hiring efforts
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
• Compile reports from personnel databases
• Review and update HR information system records
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to associates on assignment and job applicants

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in as a Staffing Coordinator with a staffing company
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (50/50 combination)
• General knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
