    ASAP SERVICES- HOME HEALTH AGENCY is seeking an articulate, motivated, and high-energy individual with experience in home health marketing strategy who will ensure comprehensive community outreach about home health services.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Generate referrals for home health and hospice by building relationships with physicians, skilled nursing facilities, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
    • Conduct market analyses; develop sales strategy and goals in collaboration with the department and other senior leaders.
    • Conduct marketing/ sales calls, and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity.
    • Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
    • Market research plans for our services; collaborate on brand positioning, databases, and direct response.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have DC Board of Nursing HHA License
    • As a liaison with the community, excels and models professional and customer-service oriented values representing the mission and vision of ASAP Services- Home Health Agency.
    • Qualified as an RN by Board of Professionals.
    • At least one year of recent marketing experience in home health; with at least three years total of marketing in the health care industry.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
    • Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
    • Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
    • Outstanding customer service, verbal, and written skills required.
    • Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
    • Able to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
    • Able to maintain confidentiality of data.
    • Demonstrated computer skills for documents, spreadsheets and database management and ability to learn new electronic medical record software.
