MITCHEL HEATING AND AIR IN COLORADO SPRINGS IS an established, growing full-service HVAC and energy/facility services company in the Colorado Springs area is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Sales Rep. HVAC experience is desired, however sales reps from various industries, such as elevator and fire & security who have successfully made the transition to HVAC and facility services sales are certainly welcomed to apply.

Excellent Base Salary: 65k - 95k commensurate with experience, Commission plus aggressive incentive programs and excellent benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute prospecting and account plan
• Estimate and Sell HVAC Installation and Construction Projects
• Contact existing customer base for ads, moves, and changes
• Follow up after construction projects completion with maintenance/service proposals
• Demonstrate strong direct sales techniques-completion of professional sales training desirable
• Use excellent oral and written communication skills with internal and external customers
• Use strong prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating and closing skills
• Must be able to deliver on annual quota
• Review and participate in the service contracts renewal process annually with Contract Manager(s)
• Responsible for Scope and Proposal development

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma and demonstrated success in sales and or business development.
• Associates or Bachelor s degree in business management, marketing, advertising, technology or other applicable field desired.
• Successful track record in business-to-business sales required.
• Must have a can do, winning attitude.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in a drug free workplace.
• Proficient with Windows based software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
