  • Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assistant to DME Manager and Office staff.
    • Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
    • Distribute calls according.
    • Assume receptionist duties, great public and refer them to appropriate staff member.
    • Take meeting minute notes.
    • Work on office inventory, order office supplies and monitor inventory.
    • Coordinate travel and lodging for Manager.
    • Prepare delivery ticket for the day.
    • Maintain lobby and front desk area.
    • Organize and document invoices
    • Type and word process documents as needed
    • Document customer calls, and manage product inventory.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2-3+ years of administrative experience
    • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Experience in high-volume outbound
