This role involves sourcing talent, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct interviews
Match candidates with client requirements
Coordinate interviews and onboarding
Maintain accurate candidate and client records
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple openings at once
Proficient with basic office and applicant tracking systems
Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
