    We are seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our team at Resolute Care, LLC!

    The Staffing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment and hiring process, including interviewing, onboarding, and facilitating new hire orientation for incoming employees. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining a well-trained, dependable, and engaged workforce committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruit qualified candidates through job boards and other professional networking efforts.

    Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various positions.

    Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews based on business need.

    Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.

    Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking systems.

    Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.

    Partner with management to understand hiring needs and timelines.

    Oversee the onboarding process for newly hired employees to ensure a smooth and successful transition into their roles.

    Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed.

    Desired Experience/Requirements:

    Previous experience with recruitment, interviewing, and new hire onboarding processes.

    Knowledge of state and federal employment laws related to hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing situations.

    Capable of making decisions and completing tasks independently with minimal supervision.

    Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

    High school degree or GED required. College degree/training is preferred.

    Valid and current Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle record.

    You must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a DHS background study.
