Customer Service Professional position at an Entertainment company in Rialto. This is a temp to hire opportunity, Monday thru Friday,8am-5pm. Customer service representatives will be assisting Show Producers and Customers with complaints and questions. Will give customers information about products and services, take orders, and assist with Management team when asked. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their inventory, orders and expected delivery dates. Individual must have worked in a Customer Service role.
