    This is a senior-level enterprise staffing sales role for someone who knows how to open doors, navigate complex buyers, and close staffing business that actually sticks.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Prospecting and winning new enterprise and mid-market staffing clients

    • Selling direct hire and staffing solutions (consultative, not transactional)

    • Owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement

    • Working with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers

    • Building a repeatable, predictable pipeline

    • Operating remotely with autonomy and accountability

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What We’re Looking For

    • 7+ years of enterprise or mid-market staffing sales experience

    • Proven success in new business development

    • Experience selling staffing or professional services (required)

    • Strong virtual selling and discovery skills

    • Documented quota attainment

    • CRM discipline and clean follow-through

    • What This Is Not

    • Not entry-level

    • Not account management only

    • Not transactional staffing sales

    • Not a “post and pray” role
