What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and winning new enterprise and mid-market staffing clients
Selling direct hire and staffing solutions (consultative, not transactional)
Owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
Working with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
Building a repeatable, predictable pipeline
Operating remotely with autonomy and accountability
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of enterprise or mid-market staffing sales experience
Proven success in new business development
Experience selling staffing or professional services (required)
Strong virtual selling and discovery skills
Documented quota attainment
CRM discipline and clean follow-through

Not account management only
Not transactional staffing sales
Not a “post and pray” role
