    We're placing 3 Staffing Sales Executives for a fast-growing national staffing firm changing how companies access talent. Fully remote. High earning potential. This is NOT an account management role.

    $71,000–$100,000 base + uncapped commission | Fully Remote | 3 Openings

    What You'll Do:

    • Prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market clients (Fortune 1000 + mid-size)
    • Run the full sales cycle — outreach to close to onboarding
    • Expand a unique MSP/Direct Hire service model to new clients
    • Build relationships with TA leaders, Procurement, and CW Program managers
    • Attend 2–3 industry events per year
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What We're Looking For:

    • 7+ years selling Professional Staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering)
    • Proven hunter — new business, not account maintenance
    • Strong relationships with decision makers in Tech, Finance, or Engineering
    • Enterprise and mid-market client experience
    • CRM proficiency (Dynamics preferred) | Bachelor's degree | Must reside in US
