The Staffing Specialist will also be responsible for developing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our company’s goals.

Duties

• Conduct campus recruitment and internal recruiting efforts to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize social media management techniques to enhance our employer brand and reach potential candidates.
• Engage in executive recruiting for high-level positions within the organization.
• Negotiate job offers and contracts with selected candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Foster strong employee relations by maintaining open communication with staff throughout the recruitment process.
• Implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop future leaders within the company.
• Perform cold calling to reach out to potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using Salesforce or similar applicant tracking systems.

Skills

• Proven experience in campus recruitment and internal recruiting practices.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates effectively.
• Experience in executive recruiting, particularly for senior-level positions.
• Knowledge of employee relations best practices and succession planning techniques.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations related to employment offers.
• Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes.
• Ability to effectively utilize Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking candidates.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for cold calling potential candidates.
