    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spanish speaking Staffing Specialist - 3rd Shift - to join our team with a focus on light industrial recruitment. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, placing, and managing candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, and other light industrial positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong interpersonal skills, and understands the unique demands of industrial staffing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment & Sourcing:

      • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified light industrial candidates.

      • Use job boards, social media, community resources, and referrals to source candidates.

      • Maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for future client needs.

    • Screening & Placement:

      • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit for various roles.

      • Match candidates to appropriate job openings based on skill set and client requirements.

      • Ensure all candidates meet hiring criteria, including background checks, drug screenings, and safety training.

    • Client Relations:

      • Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, work environments, and expectations.

      • Provide timely and effective staffing solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

      • Conduct site visits and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure placement success.

    • Onboarding & Compliance:

      • Manage the onboarding process including new hire paperwork, orientation, and timekeeping procedures.

      • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

      • Monitor employee performance and address any concerns with corrective actions or coaching.

    • Administrative Duties:

      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

      • Track placement data, attendance, and turnover metrics for reporting purposes.

      • Assist with payroll processing and timesheet collection as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience:

      • Minimum 1–3 years of staffing or recruiting experience, preferably in the light industrial sector.

    • Skills & Abilities:

      • Strong organizational and time management skills.

      • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Knowledge of employment regulations and hiring best practices.

    • Technical Proficiency:

      • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Education:

      • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

    Working Conditions:

    • Office-based role with frequent visits to client sites and industrial workplaces.

    • May involve occasional early morning or evening hours to meet client or candidate needs.

    Compensation: $22 - $25 plus overtime
