Hello Experienced Attorneys!

We are immediately hiring a new associate attorney for our fast growing personal injury law team in Salem, Massachusetts! We'd love to find someone with Personal Injury litigation experience, and if that sounds like you, keep reading!

About the Role:

• Overseeing and day-to-day management of a large caseload
• Legal research
• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and assisting with the discovery process
• Conducting client consultations
• Working with sales department onboarding new clients
• Court appearances and hearings as necessary
• Marketing to new and existing clients
• Preparing for and conducting trials

Must Haves:

• MUST be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts at time of interview.
• Hardworking, well-organized and detail oriented
• Must be a great multitasker.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic and team oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great analytical skills
• AT LEAST ONE YEAR PRACTICING AS A LICENSED ATTORNEY.
• ** Must be comfortable traveling to Salem, Massachusetts daily for this in-person role.**
