6-Month Energy Drink Sampling Program

Stafftacular is hiring (1) Field Manager, (1) Assistant Field Manager, and (4) Brand Ambassadors to engage and interact with consumers, sampling a new energy drink beverage at a variety of events and guerrilla street marketing in the markets below. Staff MUST be professional, reliable, responsible, outgoing, energetic, and capable of standing for the entire shift. Staff also must have reliable transportation and a smartphone.

DATES/TIME/LOCATIONS

Kansas City, MO

Estimated Project Kick-off: March 1st - August 31st

Estimated at 30-40 hours per week for all team members. Expected Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm.

Field Manager

Field Managers must be very timely and have strong communication and organization skills. The Field Manager will be responsible for filling out daily recaps, keeping track of event assets and product, maintaining communication with all market staff, and sampling.

Assistant Field Manager

Assistant Field Managers will support the Field Manager with day-to-day tasks and sampling. Must be organized, have great communication, high energy, and be willing to step up and help.

Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassadors will have the main responsibility of sampling the new energy drink. Brand Ambassadors must be excited each day about promoting the product to consumers and work well with others.

*Failure to uphold job duties, complete recaps, follow brand strategy/trainings, be respectful of all consumers, staff, and Stafftacular employees will result in removal from the program

Black Pants or Shorts (no rips, holes, stains, short shorts, etc.)

Comfortable, Neutral-Colored Athletic Footwear

No visible tattoos or piercings
