Staffworx is one of the fastest growing construction leased labor companies in the Midwest. Headquartered in Cleveland Ohio, and servicing the entire US, Staffworx has an immediate need for an RECRUITER in their COLUMBUS OHIO OFFICE. This is an excellent opportunity to hit the ground running in a territory with a very large existing client base. Previous staffing experience is strongly desired. Construction is an essential business that weathered the covid-19 pandemic, there is a vast need for skilled craftsmen across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner and actively build collaborative relationships with hiring leaders of assigned groups to understand the hiring needs and strategic objectives

• Actively build candidate pools to fill position openings according to plan, may be required to support hiring within the organization

• Build relationships with HR to collaboratively build successful hiring strategies to include marketing campaigns utilizing social media

• As the subject matter expert, work with assigned functional area's Human Resources professionals and hiring leaders to develop desired recruiting strategies, source and screen qualified internal and external candidates, and professionally onboard new employees

• Employ continuous improvement through consistent re-assessment of recruiting plans, methods, tools and processes

• Develop appropriate job descriptions that will attract a well-defined candidate pool

• Communicate with HR and hiring leaders on candidate and new employee needs throughout the interviewing and onboarding process

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of recruiting experience

• Customer service experience • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships

• Microsoft office knowledge

Realistic first year earnings are 35-45k plus commission. This position is best suited for an aggressive individual who likes to build relationships, loves to compete with others, and wants to be the best at what they do. A training program will be provided and will be completely hands on, following a kinesthetic approach.
