Job Description

StagePilot is adding a social media manager to our Nashville team. You will be responsible for planning, maintaining, reporting on, and managing budgets for all StagePilot social accounts. Our social accounts primarily serve to market our technology and services, and promote events hosted on our platform. You will need excellent communication skills as you’ll work closely with artists, managers, and label partners to align our social strategy with theirs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Collaborate with the Artist Service team to promote our customer’s events
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years experience as a social media manager
• 3+ years experience managing multi-platform social campaigns
• 3+ years experience budgeting and reporting on paid social campaigns
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to create and deliver creative content daily
• Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• A love of music and live events
