    Job Description: As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts to promote our special education and early childhood products and engage with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to gain valuable experience in the dynamic field of educational publishing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
    • Collaborate with the corporate team to develop engaging content for marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogs, website content, and social media posts.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target demographics, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
    • Support the planning and coordination of promotional events, including trade shows, conferences, and workshops.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for optimization.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases, including customer information and segmentation.
    • Provide general administrative support as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong passion for the education sector and a genuine interest in contributing to our mission (see below).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as email marketing software, content management systems, and analytics tools is a plus.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in G-Suite and/or MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
