Job Description
The Garden City law firm of Stagg Wabnik Law Group is seeking a full-time labor and employment attorney. Admission in New York state and federal court is required, and either New Jersey or Connecticut is a plus. We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of three years of experience. Deposition experience is preferred. The position involves representing both employee and employer clients in employment-related and other claims and in federal, state and administrative forums.

· Handle assigned labor and employment and related cases from inception through trial
· Manage all aspects of litigation (and pre-litigation disputes), including analysis of disputes, litigation strategy, preparation and review of pleadings, discovery and motions
· Legal research and writing
· Provide client reports on pre-litigation and litigation matters
· Client counseling on various labor and employment issues
· Work closely with clients to develop and implement strategy on matters
