Job Summary

Solar company based in Texas & California is looking for highly motivated Sales People.

You must be self motivated, eager, determined, courteous and passionate about sales. You also must have your own reliable transportation as this is an outside sales position.

Prior sales experience is required, BUT we will train and help you be successful in this industry.

Prior Solar knowledge is a PLUS++.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Meet with clients regarding their Solar needs

• Complete accurate and thorough contracts with clients for work to be completed

• Maintain rapport & satisfaction with clients

• Collect payments for completed stages of project

Qualifications and Skills

• Sales experience REQUIRED ( Solar System preferred)

• Highly Self Motivated

• Punctual

• Excellent verbal & written skills

• Must have a personable demeanor

• Customer Service/ Satisfaction ability

• Valid Drivers License

• Reliable Transportation

• Eager to learn & succeed

• Passionate about sales

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Benefits

This position is commission only sales. Commission structure will be discussed during the interview. You will need to provide your own transportation to get to and from clients. Bonuses are available for top salespeople.

Our salespeople make $100,000-$350,000
