Operating Room Nurse - Main OR - FT 12 hour shifts
Stamford Hospital is looking for an experienced, clinically competent Operating Room nurse to join our prestigious team! The Operating Room nurse will function in the circulating and/or scrub role in the main Operating Room. This role will effectively deliver perioperative care to the surgical patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The Operating Room nurse will gain experience working with advanced surgical technologies such as O-Arm, Intuitive Xi (newest version of the DaVinci Robot), Stryker spine navigation, ENT Technology, a Zeego Hybrid Room as well as cardiac surgeries.
$25,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!
Shift: Three - 12 hour shifts, shift starting as early as 7:00am and ending as late as 10:30pm, rotating nights, weekends, and holidays. On call required.

Required Skills
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Valid license as Registered Nurse in Connecticut
3) Minimum of 1-2 years OR/ambulatory surgery center experience required
BSN strongly preferred
CNOR certification highly desirable
Experience in Endo highly preferred.
