    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The marketing analyst will provide marketing communications (marcom) support to the Hygiene, Health, and Consumables (HHC) global business unit in Asia. This position will work closely with HHC marketing managers, global marcom team members, and business leaders to create content, manage industry events and enhance the digital marketing capabilities of HHC in Asia. This role will also assist marketing managers with special projects when necessary and available. This position will report directly into the head HHC marketing manager in Asia, with dotted line to the HHC global marcom leader.

     

    PRIMARY DUTIES

    1. Support HHC marketing managers and business leaders to prepare and manage trade shows, customer events, annual sales meetings etc. in Asia. Support the execution within budget.
    2. Support marketing content creation or translation for HHC Asia or Global, incl. blogs and various social media postings, advisements, videos, invitation letters, graphics, etc.
    3. Develop or optimize sales sheets, sales presentations, brochures, etc. (languages, formats).
    4. Enhance the digital marketing capabilities of HHC Asia.
    5. Execute marketing campaigns for new product launches as required.
    6. Gather and share best communication practices internally and externally.
    7. Provide assistance to HHC marketing managers to do preliminary market research or marketing info tracking etc., when available.

    Required Skills

    1. Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, business administration or equivalent.
    2. Minimum 2 years working experiences, ideally in multinational companies
    3. Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
    4. Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Mandarin
    5. Good at MS Office, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
    6. Experience with common digital marketing tools and best practices
    7. Ability to manage budgets and outside vendors
    8. Ability to prioritize and manage multi-tasks
    9. Ability to manage projects and collaborate cross culturally
    10. Teamwork, good communication skills

    Required Experience

    1. Willing to travel if necessary
    2. Keen to learn new things
    3. With aesthetic sense
    4. Experiences in designs using designing software preferred
    5. Experiences in handling trade shows or marketing events preferred
    6. Can work diligently and willing to work overtime/at night when needed
