Job Title: Stamping Production Associate – 2nd Shift

Job Duties:

• Operate stamping machines and production equipment
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Meet daily production goals and quotas
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a clean work area
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Pay: $16.50/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours:
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Possible OT Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 4:30 AM

Employees may be required to:

• Work rotating 12-hour shifts during the week
• Stay over after scheduled shift end times if production goals are not met
• Work mandatory overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as needed
• Accept short notice overtime based on production demands

Weekend overtime schedules are posted weekly.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work mandatory overtime
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
• Must be dependable with good attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Increases & Bonuses:

• $200 Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus
• $0.25 Raise every 30 days through first 90 days
• Additional raises every 3 months afterward
• Top out pay reached at 12 months
