CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR- WORK FROM HOME (REMOTE) FULL-TIME/ PART- TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

The Stanley Steemer International “Inbound Contact Center" is looking for REMOTE motivated individuals who have customer service and sales in their background. This role is primarily responsible for answering inbound calls to schedule for our customer our product and services.

WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY: Full-time/ Part Time positions available. Applicants would NEED to have weekend availability. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN PC COMPUTER, HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND A HANDS FREE HEADSET.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer inbound calls, chats and emails from customers to schedule our carpet cleaning and related products/services
• Educate customers of products and services
• Obtain accurate order information from the customer

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS POSITION REQUIRES ALL EMPLOYEES TO WORK EITHER SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS DEPENDING ON THE CENTER.

TRAINING IS PAID. $13/HOUR FOR 3 WEEKS OF FULL TIME TRAINING. UPON COMPLETION OF THE TRAINING PERIOD, EMPLOYEES WILL RECEIVE AN HOURLY RATE PLUS COMMISSION.
