Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will help with order entry, addressing product related questions and concerns, and sales. We are a privately held company in the Outdoor Industry, located near the LA Arts District just outside downtown Los Angeles.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provides customers information about products and services related to order status, production information, account status and pricing.
• Develop and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and valued clients.
• Take customer orders and enter orders for processing.
• Overall servicing of accounts to maximize sales and customer relations.
• Experience with ecommerce sales on major 3rd party sites preferred. (Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with an ERP system for order entry (must have this experience!)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Self-motivation
• Customer service experience in an office setting is highly preferred over call center experience.
