RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Business Owners, Commercial and Personal Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize clients' needs.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
• Ability to navigate various computer systems and software. 
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
