RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Business Owners, Commercial and Personal Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize clients' needs.
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
- Ability to navigate various computer systems and software.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
