STAQ Pharma is currently hiring for a customer service representative who is also interested in learning more about the sales industry and helping build a lasting relationship with existing and potential clients in the Denver Metro area. PAY: $45-65K/YEAR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 7 AM TO 5 PM
This a a position that involves understanding the sales process start to finish. This individual will support the sales team as their main point of contact to assist with customer service needs. Good organisation and attention to detail will be required by this role.
Additional duties will include Tradeshow / travel support. Partnering with the Accounting team to make sure that billing occurs in a timely manner. Running reports and managing customer follow up. Setting up and managing a Saleforce CRM system. Following up with Customers on a daily basis to ensure we are providing excellent customer service. This position will support the field sales team as needed and serve in an inside sales capacity.
