There are 5 homes currently; 3 gentlemen houses and 2 ladies houses. Shifts begin each day at 5pm - and last until 5pm the next day. (24/7/365). Number of shifts to work each week two or less and based on current coverage needs. (PRN available on request) Job Duties will include but are not limited to: Assisting the individuals with cooking, cleaning, and hygiene (when necessary). Also transportation into the community and to medical appointments. Candidates must work well independently and as part of a larger team, helping others to become more involved/connected in their community. Minimum Job Requirements 21 years of age High school diploma/GED Reliable Transportation Valid driver's license Current auto insurance Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds Pay Per Hour Pay $9 p/h Starting Staff Pay $9.50 p/h Staff after 6 month review $10 p/h Staff after 1 year review Per Week Pay (2 24 hour shifts per week) $468 p/w Starting Staff Pay $494 p/w Staff after 6 month review $520 p/w Staff after 1 year review Per Month Pay (2 24 hour shifts per week) $2028 p/m Starting Staff Pay $2140 p/mStaff after 6 month review $2,253 p/m Staff after 1 year review *Sleep time counts toward these hours as well.
