Job Overview:

We are searching for passionate ABA therapists (SWD B-2, Special Educator, School Psychologist) to join our growing team! We provide in-home ABA therapy services to young children diagnosed with autism and related disorders. We have cases available in Bronx.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

• LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• Special Education Teacher - Permanent Certificate
• SWD B-2 (Students with Disabilities - Birth to 2nd Grade)
• Teacher for Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD)
• Teacher for Speech and Hearing Handicap (TSHH)
• Licensed Psychologist

Preferred Qualifications:

• DOH Approval is great, but not a must.
• Ability to efficiently set and manage a caseload, process documentation in a timely manner and effectively communicate with families and Star EIP personnel.
• Strong clinical skills in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disorders
• Experience with ABA principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Passion for collaboration to work with families and Star EIP staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children
• Collect data and maintain daily session notes
• Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles
