    We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional for a start-up data aggregation company that will service Real Estate professionals around the country. This is a great opportunity to be apart of an organization from inception and build this brand on a National level! We are looking for individuals with strong phone sales experience and those who can close. Real estate experience is a major bonus. We will supply DAILY warm leads and training.  The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. If you are a closer and enjoy the art of sales, than this job is for you! Base: $40,000 with Bonuses - projected Annual Pay: $100,000 - $200,000 Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling • Primary duties include prospecting through outbound calling • Must coordinate and nurture B2B relationships Qualifications: • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary • Passionate about selling • Extremely strong sales skills • Ability to set and close deals over the phone • Great communicator • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Willing to travel to trade shows and conventions to promote company agenda • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • General knowledge of the real estate investment space or data is a plus but not a necessity Compensation: $40,000 Base + Commission
