    We are seeking a skilled Acquisitions Specialist for our growing Real Estate Investment Team! The Acquisitions Specialist must have sales experience and is a closer. Real estate experience and bi-lingual is a plus. We will supply DAILY warm leads and training. General knowledge of construction is a plus but not necessary. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. If you are a closer and enjoys the art of sales, than this job is for you! Base: $40,000 with Bonuses - projected Annual Pay: $85,000 - $150,000 Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline. • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling. • Primary duties include outbound calling, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle. Qualifications: • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary. • Passionate about selling. • Extremely strong sales skills: Ability to set and close deals over the phone or in person. • Great communicator with an innate ability to read people. • Must posses the ability to make quick decisions. • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line. Compensation: $40,000 Base + Commission
