Summary: Supports the direction of the Corporate Fleet Maintenance Department at the direction of the Corporate Parts Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Includes the following, but are not limited to: **

Maintaining visibility of National Account Program(s) participation by the parts coordinators
Maintaining integrity of parts records at master and location level
Maintaining parts cycle count/annual inventory process and results
Responsible for maintaining and coordinating the repair of shop and service truck torque wrenches and maintain annual calibration certifications.
Maintain logs for branch reported Employee Evaluation Reports
Maintain logs for branch reported Employee SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) training.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, and individual must have Above Average Excel skills, including but not limited to retrieving and sorting data into reports using various Excel methods such as, pivot tables and graphs. ****
Computer skills that assist in laying out basic web pages/SharePoint.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, write reports and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and parts coordinators.
Reasoning Ability:
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
