This Nonemergency Medical Transportation company is looking for a full time dispatcher/scheduler who is reliable and able to handle a fast paced environment.

Job Duties:

Answer heavy phone calls and respond to questions and requests.

Accept and enter incoming rides into the database.

Collect payment information from the clients.

Assign rides to the drivers using software and ensure that trips are assigned promptly and accurately.

Establish and maintain effective communication with all drivers and clients.

Must be able to communicate effectively, work as a part of a team, and be able to handle stressful situations.
