Job Description

Star Printing, Mailing, and Fulfillment located in West Chester, PA is looking for Lettershop Operators who are capable of running Inkjet & Inserting Machines. There are first shift (7 am to 3:30 pm) openings available. Occasional overtime is a part of the job in response to customer demands. This job is a full-time permanent position with health benefits, a retirement program, and paid time off. Previous experience In a high production Lettershop and Mailing Company is required for this position Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Setup and run jobs on a Pitney Bowes Inserter and MCS Inkjet system * Follow company procedures for quality control and production standards * Provide support and ideas to help maximize quality and workflow * Troubleshoot minor equipment failures and do maintenance as required Skills & Proficiencies: * Basic Mechanical and computer skills * previous experience in a production environment and on inserting equipment preferred * Attention to detail * Ability to work independently * Willing to work overtime as needed * Flexibility to work where needed as the need comes * Ability to lift 30lbs at a time Company Description Star Printing, Mailing, and Fulfillment is one of the area's oldest printing companies, established in 1906.
