                                                         SEASONAL CALL CENTER TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE                                                                                                Lodi, Ca

Are you looking for extra cash for the holidays? Are you open to PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME WORK? Our client is seeking 30 strong customers service-driven Call Center Representatives to provide technical support to Tax Offices. If you’re a multi-tasker, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills this job is for you! As a Call Center Representative, your responsibilities include receiving inbound calls from customers and identifying their needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions.

$20 an hour depending on experience!

You’re good at:

• Portraying clear communication
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Entering data accurately and timely
• Computer literate
• Technical support

Extra awesome:

• Great Customer service and phone etiquette!
• Reliable and Punctual
• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience required!
