Growing and well established consumer product company seeking an experienced operations manager/sales to join our small USA based team.

This position requires a background in working with overseas factories and mass market retail chains.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience working in the toy, fashion, or gift industries.

 Also, enjoys working in a small office atmosphere and being able to pivot from operations to sales etc.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General office managing and duties.
• improve on internal operations and processes, continuously thinking of ways to increase efficiency within our supply chain, particularly as the business scales.
• Manage project management 
• Manage Sales

QUALIFICATIONS Fluent in English A BS A minimum of 7 years of working experience and demonstrated proficiency with MS Office/Office 365 with particular advance experience in Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise, Dropbox and new related business software that can streamline the system.

Candidates residing in the San Fernando Valley are strongly preferred and IN STATE RESIDENTS ONLY will be considered. Some flexibility and light travel could be required.
