    Boutique San Francisco-based commercial real estate firm is seeking an experienced listing & marketing coordinator who wants to build on their current professional aspirations as having been familiar with this role. This position requires someone in a hybrid capacity. Your focus will be on the careful management of listings, keeping them as up-to-date and accurate as possible, being the touch point for agents, as well as having the creative graphic know-how of editing files, designing marketing collateral, sending out e-blasts, and posting to social media accounts. We're looking for someone who has experience working in a brokerage, or somewhat similar, type of environment. It is face-paced and requires a sharp eye for detail, extremely self-sufficient organization, and proactive thinking. We are also open to offering a space in our trendy brick & timber office for a professional freelancer, already positioned to offer these services, with a hybrid schedule depending on experience and skill set. Responsibilities: • Manage listing life cycle; from a pitch deck, listing presentation, 'new to market' launch, or close/lease announcement and all the steps this entails; supporting as the main point of contact in retrieving, reviewing, and accurately keeping all listings and files updated on all online platforms including our website • Scheduling e-blasts, building e-blast calendar, making edits, pulling e-blasts lists/reports, designing e-blast layouts as needed • Signage requests, edits, design, budget and order • Proofread copy and cross-checking/adjusting document layouts; responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy • File management, files are accurate, organized, saved, updated, and formatted properly • Expert InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills necessary to weave in and out of multiple decks, brochures, signage, and flyers as efficiently as possible • Post to all social media channels as needed Qualifications: • Strong technological aptitude with platform use and CRM experience e.g. Dealius, Mailchimp, CoStar, Crexi, ClickUp etc. • Sharp eye for detail, proofing, copy editing, cross-referencing facts • Proficient know-how of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) • Advanced knowledge and efficient use of business suite computer programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Suite • 3+ years of experience or more in the real estate industry preferred • Super process-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, a leader in this role • Proficient in WordPress Compensation: $35 hourly (negotiable based on experience and skill set)
