Responsibilities: Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Qualifications: Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Skilled in industry practices and lease language Self motivated and self sufficient Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Showcases a “hunter” mentality • Self-starter: an independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient • Either has a valid California real estate license or is willing to work towards securing a license Compensation: $100,000- $150,000 yearly
