Responsibilities: • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting activities • Assist our clients with the execution of trade agreements • Visit sites to obtain necessary information for listing, and to explain features of the building and space along with financial and analytical data • Negotiate on behalf of our clients with landlords to secure the best deal for all parties • Be the subject matter expert and trusted advisor of your clients for impactful strategic business decisions relating to their real estate Qualifications: • Independent and self-motivated • Valid Real Estate license in the state of California • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Eagerness to learn Compensation: $100,000 at plan, commission
