This position is a commission only but you will get a steady flow of leads from our top residential agents. Responsibilities: Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiating skills Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • 5+ years of CRE Experience  • Self-started: an independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities  • Holds track record of recent closed commercial deals  • Showcases a “hunter” mentality  • Must have a valid CA Real Estate License Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 yearly
