The ideal candidate will have proven skills in developing business relationships, generating leads that turn into sales, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations. Responsibilities: Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in company CRM or database that supports activity reporting.  • Be responsible for the end-to-end management of deals: obtaining, maintaining, and updating listings of their available properties. • Providing tenants and landlords with relevant information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.  • Must have strong communication and negotiation skills to network with local businesses, make prospect calls, negotiate between buyers and sellers, and facilitate final transactions. • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally. • Seek out acquisition targets and grow a book of leads to help ensure future growth. • Maintaining current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry. Qualifications: Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Skilled in industry practices and lease language Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Either has a valid California real estate license or is willing to work towards securing a license. • A minimum of 3 years experience in the field or in a similar role. • Goal-oriented with a focus on personal development; attention to detail and organization is key. • Proven negotiating and communication skills. • Self-starter: an independent worker, with a high level of personal responsibility, who is motivated and self-sufficient. • Showcases a “hunter” mentality. • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices. • Good knowledge of the local property market is a plus. Compensation: $100,000- $150,000 yearly
