You’ll also receive full administrative and marketing support.  Benefits/Perks • Generous commission structure • Mentorship, education, training seminars, and dedicated coaching to set you up for success • Shared Service Center • No account is ever “off-limits” • Team-oriented work environment Responsibilities: Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Qualifications: Independent and self motivated Skilled in industry practices and lease language Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • 5+ years of CRE Experience  • Self-started: independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities  • Holds track record of recent closed commercial deals  • Showcases a “hunter” mentality  • Must have a valid CA Real Estate License Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 yearly

    • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
