About the Job:

We're hiring Baristas to join our on-site Starbucks located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC – Silver Spring! If you're passionate about coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love delivering excellent customer service, we want to meet you. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills with a global hospitality brand while working in a vibrant hotel setting.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve Starbucks beverages and food items to guests with consistency and care.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with health and safety standards.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Restock inventory and assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidate!
• Friendly and professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
