HomeTeam4u is in search of a part-time Digital Media Marketer/Videographer to join our team! We are seeking an energetic, creative, and self-driven team player who is a strong communicator and will thrive in a fast-paced environment! This individual will support our team's digital media creation with video shooting/editing and other content creation.

We are looking for self-starters who want to build a career and who will maintain a high commitment to the team’s standards and achieving the team’s sales goals. If you are both creative and organized, this is the job for you!

COMPENSATION: $15/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Film and Edit real estate property media
• Promote properties through marketing initiatives
• Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level
• Maintain accurate information on company website
• Design promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives
• Online outreach and promotion using a variety of social media sites
• Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
• Research social media and online marketing trends
• Market and advertise promotional activities
• Create, edit, and optimize marketing materials
• Distribute marketing materials
• Draft Press Releases, represent the company to media outlets
• Promptly respond to team leads
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere
• 2+ years of experience as a photographer and/or videographer
• Well versed in social media organic growth strategies
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation to succeed
• Good communication and listening skills
• Experience Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube
• Must be tech savvy
• Familiarity with marketing computer software
• Graphic design experience is a plus
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
