Human Resources Coordinator
Who You Are:
You are a HR Coordinator with at least 2 years experience in HR. You are committed to providing only the highest level of service for our associates. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle priorities and deadlines with ease. You are well versed in HR administrative duties including benefit enrollments, time card review and management, leave management, open enrollment activities, Affordable Care Act reporting, scheduling and you enjoy responding to routine questions from associates on coverage, or other HR related issues.
You like the details and strive for accurate work. You have experience with onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining employee records. You are comfortable communicating with associates via email and phone. Following a set of detailed procedures is important to you. You are motivated by hard work and doing what is right. You are proud of the work you do. You enjoy and are up for a challenge!

Job Summary:
This individual will provide entry-level administrative support for the day-to-day human resources operations for the organization. This role will also contribute to the accomplishments of the department by supporting the implementation of policies, services, and programs for our employees. Our goal is to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
What you bring to the table:
2+Years of Human Resources administrative experience
General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Bachelor's degree in relative field preferred
Must be able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Critical Thinking required, must be able to assess situation and recommend solution
Experience in the administration of benefits and other HR programs
Strong interpersonal skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
HR Certification or desire to achieve
Fluency in MS office products
